Redang Sunrise
Finally, I went to Redang for holiday. It's been real fun with all the snorkelling, squid jigging and photoshooting. The scenery is very beautiful and the sea water is an envy to the western penisular counterpart.
I arrived at the island just in time to participate in the Squid Jigging Fiesta, an event to promote local culture. It was fun to try fishing out squid without any baits! Not to mention the blackish ink (I can't remember the name) squirted to your face. My team was placed fifth and one of my team-mate got third for the longest squid.
I woke up at 5.50 in the morning to capture this shot and spent the next hour feeding the mosquitoes.

Pfieffer Falls
Got to spend a week in the Big Sur area with Kelly and our cameras last week...Really nice area, and a definite change of pace for a couple of Desert dwellers. This is one of the most spectacular beaches along the Coast Hwy (1) in California....Beauuuutiful place.
